We are appreciative of the warm hospitality, sharing and class room experiences.
From this school visit, we know that while the school is at its infancy stage, it has begun the good work with its students. We wish SST all the best in its endeavors and that it continues to leverage on its uniqueness and strengths in having strong partners onboard its journey of nurturing future leaders of character.

It was an eye opening experience to observe collaborative online EL lesson through Google Doc. It has debunked popular myths that it is difficult to harness ICT in languages. Students are able to view each others' contribution and learn from their peers.

Although the use of ICT in teaching was an engaging factor for the students in the teaching of the lesson. But one observation is that the underlying focus on pedagogy is still very much held on. This is important as pedagogy is still the fundamental building block for teaching and learning while riding on the wave of technology for efficiency and effectiveness.

Mathematics Class Observations:

Lesson was very "hands-on" and interactive. There was collaborative sharing and peer learning between students. Teacher has conducted a student-centred mathematics exploration task. It has been an encouraging experience, getting students engaged and participate actively in learning and constructing of new knowledge.
